At G.H.BASS, we take pride in our heritage of quality craftsmanship. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer easy returns and exchanges on unworn merchandise within 30 days of the original delivery date.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Follow the prompts to generate a prepaid shipping label and download the return packing slip to include inside your package.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely pack your unworn items in the original shoe box or packaging and drop the parcel off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects and processes your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
